Comarch alternative for UAE e-invoicing
The gap, first: The unit of sale is a multi-country EDI programme. There is no small UAE-only thing you can buy today with a credit card. Verified on their own page, not inferred - Comarch publishes no price. Cost is calculated per deal from document volume, country count and integration complexity. [Comarch e-invoicing page]
G2 review synthesis for Comarch EDI and e-Invoicing, cited in our V1 research, reports that pricing is complex - particularly for smaller companies.

einvoicecheck.ae is a preflight validator. It is not FTA-accredited, it does not transmit legal e-invoices, it does not replace an accredited service provider, and it does not provide statutory archival.
Before anything else: what "FTA approved" actually covers
Accreditation in the UAE applies to service providers on the official Ministry of Finance list - the parties that transmit your invoice - not to every tool in your invoicing chain.
Comarch Middle East FZ LLC appears on the UAE Ministry of Finance list of pre-approved e-invoicing service providers. Comarch also states Peppol Access Point certification and direct integration with the UAE EIS platform.
einvoicecheck.ae is not on that list and never claims to be. If you are shopping for an accredited provider, Comarch is one and we are not. Read it here: UAE Ministry of Finance - pre-approved e-invoicing service providers (checked 14 July 2026).
Comarch vs einvoicecheck.ae, feature by feature
Rows where Comarch genuinely does more than we do are marked. There are several. That is not a concession, it is the point: we are a smaller tool doing a narrower job.
| einvoicecheck.ae | Comarch EDI and e-Invoicing | |
|---|---|---|
| Preflight validation against PINT AE / UBL 2.1 | Yes - narrow, UAE-only, field-level errors with the rule id. | Format handling and conversion across many standards, inside the EDI platform. |
| Transmits legal e-invoices to the UAE tax authority | No. Never. We are not in the transmission path. | Yes - Comarch is on the UAE Ministry of Finance pre-approved list. (they win this row) |
| FTA-accredited / UAE-accredited service provider (ASP) | No. | Yes - listed by the Ministry of Finance. (they win this row) |
| Statutory archival (5-year UAE retention) | No. We store nothing for you. | Yes - archival is part of the platform. (they win this row) |
| Published price you can read without a sales call | $0 trial / $29 / $99 per month, on the pricing page. | No public price. Cost is quoted per deal (checked 14 July 2026). |
| Scope | One country, one job: UAE invoice preflight. | 60+ countries, EDI, orders, despatch advice, archival. Far more product than we have. (they win this row) |
| Self-serve start | Sign up, get a key, POST an invoice. | Demo and scoping conversation. |
| Runs in CI before anything leaves your network | Yes - fail the build on a malformed invoice. | Validation sits inside the managed integration flow. |

When Comarch is the right answer and we are not
- You need to actually file. Comarch is on the Ministry of Finance pre-approved list; we are not.
- You need 5-year statutory archival. We store nothing for you.
- You need multi-country coverage, EDI, or a managed integration programme.
- You want one vendor to own end-to-end compliance and are happy to buy that way.
When einvoicecheck.ae is worth $29
- Your ERP export is the thing that keeps failing, and you want to catch it in CI before it ever reaches your provider.
- You want a price on a page and an API key in five minutes, not a demo call.
- You already have (or will have) an accredited provider and just need the file to be right before it goes.
Common questions
Is Comarch EDI and e-Invoicing FTA-approved?
Yes - Comarch appears on the UAE Ministry of Finance list of pre-approved e-invoicing service providers (checked 14 July 2026). einvoicecheck.ae does not, and does not claim to. Accreditation applies to service providers that transmit invoices; we are a preflight validator that runs before one.
What does Comarch EDI and e-Invoicing cost?
No public price - contact sales (Professional and Enterprise tiers). We fetched Comarch's e-invoicing product page on 14 July 2026. It publishes no figures. It describes a "transparent cost calculation" driven by monthly document volume, number of countries and integration complexity - which is a quote, not a price. The CTAs are "Book a Demo" and "Contact us". We will not guess at a number on their behalf. einvoicecheck.ae publishes $0 (free tier) / $29 / $99 per month.
Can einvoicecheck.ae replace Comarch EDI and e-Invoicing?
No. einvoicecheck.ae is a preflight validator. It is not FTA-accredited, it does not transmit legal e-invoices, it does not replace an accredited service provider, and it does not provide statutory archival. If Comarch is your accredited service provider, you still need it. What we replace is the part where malformed invoices reach it in the first place.
So what is einvoicecheck.ae actually for?
Catching a bad UAE e-invoice before you submit it: PINT AE / UBL 2.1 structure, TRN format, required tax fields, totals arithmetic and code lists. Self-serve, in CI, at a published price. That is the whole job.
The free tier is 100 validations, no card. Billing is not live yet - the waitlist is how you get in first.
